Radio Holland goes Imtech Marine
Radio Holland is a member of Imtech Marine for more than 6 years already. Following our strategy to join forces of all members of Imtech Marine, we moved to the premises of our colleagues of Imtech Marine Germany last summer and worked out the optimal strategy to act as one Imtech Marine as soon as possible.
Imtech Marine is a leading company in the global maritime market, operating as a full-service provider and system integrator of tailor-made, innovative technology solutions covering the whole ship. Imtech Marine specialises in automation (platform and bridge), navigation & communication including connectivity, energy and drive solutions, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) solutions and fire protection technology, entertainment, lighting and maritime services. Imtech Marine provides innovative systems and reliable services during the full lifetime of the ship. In 2011, Imtech Marine reached annual revenues of more than 450 million euro, employing 2,550 employees at more than 80 offices based along shipping routes and close to shipbuilding centres.
Today we proudly let you know that the consolidation in Germany is almost finished and Radio Holland acts as Imtech Marine as of 1st April 2012. The high quality of our service activities and service agreements will even improve and we will be able to offer additional services through our grown organisation and additional strenght.
