Radio Holland Global Service System

Radio Holland is aware of the increasing demand for efficient and high quality service. In order to assist the customer world wide and improve the information flow,the Global Service House came to existence within Radio Holland in 2005. The mission of the GSH is to support Radio Holland branch offices in developing excellent service relationships with their customers and sustaining the exceptional bond with their service partners. Key tool for this purpose is the Global Service System (GSS).

Central Database

The GSS enables the Radio Holland branch offices to provide customers and business partners with extensive information on the service history of the equipment on board of each vessel, serviced by RH. The information contains, but is not limited to:

  • number of calls (per port),
  • first time right ratio,
  • problems and solutions per equipment,
  • warranty and preventive maintenance actions.

The history of the data is continuously “boosted up” by many inputs per week.

Radio Holland can take care of the total coordination, service and maintenance process. We monitor the maintenance and repair progress of your vessel’s equipment and record all data in our “Global Service System”. In this way we are securing effective service results, fast situation assessment and provide valuable management information, both technical and financial. The GSS enables us to proactively monitor, analyze and advise the shipowner on current and future cost of ownership.
